Delivery Information
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
As many deliveries will require a signature, Scottsdale Golf will be happy to send orders to an address of your choice. After adding your BILLING address simply add a preferred SHIPPING address during the checkout stage and we will ship the goods there for you. If you have any questions or concerns about delivery information please call us on 0845 130 1818.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery to UK addresses will be no longer then 7 working days. This is a worst case scenario and many orders are shipped same/next day.
When orders are shipped you will receive and EMAIL CONFIRMATION. This will contain the courier used and tracking number so you can follow the progress of the delivery.
If no one is in at the time of the first delivery attempt then the courier will leave a card and you will be able to contact them direct to arrange a second delivery or collect from the depot.

Please note that for bigger than average orders being shipped outside the UK, we reserve the right to make an additional charge to cover the delivery costs of the courier. We will make contact with you before any payment is taken.

Large Parcels - DHL Express
Founded in 1969, Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn, DHL have now grown into one of the biggest couriers in the world. With an unblemished record and a name trusted by millions, Scottsdale Golf are pleased that DHL have become our principal carrier.
European Deliveries - Interlink Express
Offering one of the fastest, most reliable road-based delivery services in Europe. With more than 420 depots spread throughout Europe, the network delivers over 1 million parcels every day. As well as offering transit times to some destinations that are comparable to those offered by air express couriers, Interlink Express provides service levels that are consistently in excess of 99% on time. Full tracking facilities are available via the Interlink Express website.
Small Parcels - Royal Mail
The Royal Mail provides us with the flexibility we need to deliver the many different sizes and weights of parcels we despatch. Royal Mail enables us to offer low unit delivery cost across our range of smaller items as well as providing a customer-friendly service.
