Returns Information

You may return your Scottsdale Golf purchase for EXCHANGE, CREDIT or REFUND within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its' original condition. All orders are shipped with a Returns Form.

EXCHANGES
Scottsdale Golf are happy to accept returns of purchases for exchange. Please state on the Returns Form that the order is being returned for EXCHANGE. Please state what the order is to be exchanged for. This will be processed upon its return to Scottsdale Golf and the new item sent out as soon as possible. If you wish to reserve your item while returning something to us, please call or email and we will be happy to help.
Exchanges will incur a return postage charge. This will be the same amount charged on the original order.

 

CREDIT
If you would like a Credit on the returned goods, please select CREDIT. An online code will be sent to you via email to the value of your return. This will last a period of 12 months and can be redeemed against any product on the website.

 

REFUNDS
Please state on the returns form that the order is being returned for REFUND and entering a reason code for the return. The refund will be processed upon its return to Scottsdale Golf and the refund will be received back into the stated bank account in 7 working days.

 

FAULTY GOODS
If a purchase is found to be faulty during its use, this can be returned to Scottsdale Golf to begin a claim under warranty. The goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. The customer will be kept up to date throughout this process. When the manufacturer reaches a conclusion concerning the warranty claim, the customer will be notified of the outcome, either (1) item credited for replacement or (2) warranty claim refused due to fair wear.

 

SALE ITEMS
Please note that Clothing purchased from the SALE section can only be returned for Exchange or Credit.

 

CUSTOM FIT
Please note, any custom fit orders cannot be returned due to the specific nature of the products.

If possible please enclose your original delivery note. We would advise you return your items to us via courier or a Recorded Delivery Service.
