Srixon is the sports brand of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, owner of Dunlop Tyres. The word Srixon is derived from SRI (for the company name), X (for unlimited) and ON (which means going onwards). They have been making golf balls for more than 70 years and this experience has shown. In the 90's they produced the famed Maxfli HT Balata used by Nicklaus, Watson, Woosnam, Norman and Couples.
