After purchasing a company called Hickory Sticks in 1983 Ely Callaway set about turning Callaway Golf into one of the biggest golf brands in the world. A key player in the popularisation of metal woods, Callaway now offer top grade products in every category. Massive use on every Professional Tour confirms Callaway is a force to be reckoned with. The company hearlded as the first to break into the large headed driver market with the launch of the Great Big Bertha, Callaway has continued to be at the forefront of technology in the golf market. Current models include the Callaway FT-iQ which features square technology and interchangeable shafts and more recently the Callaway Diablo range.
