Rifle golf shafts have been a hugely successful part of Professional Golf over the last 20 years.  Rifle and Project X shafts utilise Frequency Matching; a highly technical method of precisely measuring and defining the flex of the golf shaft through electronic calibration.  While Rifle has risen to golfing prominence, this process has been refined to perfection and remains the only accurate method of producing a perfectly matched set of golf clubs today.  While working with PGA Tour players, Rifle engineers discovered shaft flex was extremely inconsistent within a flex designation (R, S, X).  Five "stiff" shafts would often vary as much as ten frequency cycles within a category, causing the player to vary his or her swing to compensate.  It is by eliminating these variances that have taken Rifle and Project X shafts to the top of the golfing tree.  Multiple majors have been won with these shafts in both irons and woods using steel and graphite.
