We are pleased to say that our website and delivery services remain operational.

We have put in place the necessary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by strictly adhering to the Government guidelines and medical advice.

Our Manchester Store has closed until further notice following the guidelines from the Government. Our insurance department remains open but is not contactable by phone. Please email any queries, response times will be slower than usual.


Our customer service department is still operational and working from home. We are however working with a reduced team so we are currently unable to answer the telephone as usual. Response times on email may also be a little slower but we still aim to respond within two business days.


Our warehouse is working from a skeleton staff on a rota system with strict protocols being followed with regards to distancing.



Everything in our warehouse can ship same day to reach you in the quickest time possible. Stock is shown on every product page and lead times shown at checkout for transparency.


Many of the manufacturers are now re-opening so orders are being shipped by them and received by us.


All custom fit orders that were placed during the lockdown while the manufacturers are closed went into a queue. Now that many of the custom fit departments are open, they will be built in the order they were received.  Much like ourselves however, they are still a long way from being fully operational as they return to business with greatly reduced teams. Titleist for example have 2 people loading orders instead of 10. They also only have 8 people building clubs instead of 45 as they adapt to new workflows brought about by social distancing. As a result, it is unrealistic for them to process orders within the standard time frame now that they have reopened, as they have a huge backlog to work through with significantly less staff than normal.

For custom orders placed in March and April, we expect to start receiving these in the next 2-3 weeks. For any order placed in May, please allow a little longer for your order to reach you than originally quoted at the checkout. All manufacturers will be faced with a similar challenge and as a result, Titleist are now quoting us a 32 working day lead time for any new orders that we place with them from the 15th May as they have a backlog to work through first. The earlier you placed your order with us, the sooner you can expect to receive a shipping notification.

It is currently not possible to provide exact delivery dates for specific orders at the moment as we are unable to get this information from the manufacturer. Rest assured that we will ship your order as soon as we receive it as we appreciate that many golf courses have now reopened. This situation is not unique to us, the entire golf industry is in a similar position with many retailers quoting longer lead times as they are not classed as key accounts unlike ourselves.


Thanks for all your messages of support over the last few weeks. It’s been lovely to hear from customers, not only about orders, but at the same time, sending messages of support and wishes of well being for all our staff. It’s a strange time for everyone but we will do all we can to bring a sense or normality by trying to keep our service as good as usual. Keep safe everyone and best wishes to you and your families.
