In recent times one of the more essential items has become the Winter Wheels for electric trollies. Our winters have definitely been wetter in the last few years, and as such golf courses have often struggled to stay open with ground conditions that can easily get chewed up by golfing traffic. Electric trolleys would often be banned from use by golf club committees in an effort to protect the course from total destruction.

With a unique design developed with input from top greenkeepers and course managers, they will fit all Powakaddy trolleys made after the year 2000. The Powakaddy winter wheels ensure that you will be allowed to keep using your electric golf trolley even in the wettest of spells.

With a design akin to that found on Tank Caterpillar Tracks the wheels are cleverly constructed to ensure contact with the ground is kept to an absolute minimum. The wheels are prevented from spinning when going over muddy ground preventing the course from getting overly chewed up. The winter wheels also don’t get clogged up with dirt and mud the same as normal wheels, which aids with the task of keeping your car boot clean.

Many golf courses now will actually ban the use of electric trolleys that don’t have winter wheels installed on them. Once purchased the Powakaddy Winter Wheels are extremely easy to put on or take off with the same method as the standard wheels. They will fit inside your existing trolley travel cover whilst still attached to the trolley so there is no need to replace that.
