Can I provide delivery instructions for my order?

We cannot pass instructions to our couriers, but everything you need will sent by email or SMS (as long as you enter an email address and phone number at checkout).  DPD will send you a 1 Hour Delivery Window on the day of delivery but this cannot be changed or specified.

DPD in particular offer a lot of "in-flight options" for you to organise your delivery for your convenience.
- Collect from DPD Pickup Shop (parcel sizes and weight restrictions apply)
- Deliver to Pickup Shop
- Leave in a safe place
- Deliver to neighbour
- Provide Delivery Instructions
- Change delivery date 
- Change delivery address (exclusions may apply)

Downloading the DPD App  
Many customers find it useful to download the DPD app. It has a number of useful features, including the ability to set up and save your delivery preferences, such as your nominated safe place and any special instructions.
