I have received a faulty or incorrect item? What can I do?

On the rare occasion an item arrives with you in a less than perfect condition or something has been damaged in transit, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will correct this for you. We arrange for the item in question to come back to us and send a new item to you if applicable. 

We do insist that should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you let us know within 48 hours.
