Surging in popularity, L.A.B. Golf is changing the way we know putting for good. For those who aren't aware L.A.B. (Lie Angle Balance) is a technology that massively simplifies putting. Eliminating torque from the design of the putter it gives golfers the ability to consistently repeat their stroke at an incredibly boosted rate. 

Following on from the game changing Directed Force 2.1 and its unmistakeable head shape, L.A.B. brings to the table their brand new DF3. Its predecessor the DF 2.1, or more so the shape of the DF 2.1, was a huge talking point when first released. Having heard it compared to a spaceship more than a handful of times its unsurprising to see why it became such an enigma as people couldn't fathom how such a creation could be beneficial in anyway... until they tried it. 

Personally, having played a Scotty for the last few years, admittedly not very well, I too was sceptical when seeing this outlandishly shaped putter in my hands but soon enough, I became a believer through the incredible results it yielded on the putting green. Everything became easy, and that's where L.A.B.s magic lies. 

And thus, a re imagining of their original creation, L.A.B. have released the DF3. They took everything that people loved about the DF 2.1 and took a fresh approach when it came to the aesthetics. Having been able to test out one of these incredible putters I can say for sure that this will be incredibly appealing to the vast majority of golfers. 

Smaller and sleeker in design the DF3 keeps that same directed force DNA and performance with a refreshed and incredibly appealing look at address. Whilst there has been a major overhaul to the looks of the DF3, make no mistake this latest addition from L.A.B. is still irrationally forgiving on mishits, with putts hit out of the toe and heel rolling almost as well as those flush out of the centre. This is a serious bit of kit to have available on the green.
