You can return any item for a refund, within 28 days of receiving your original order. We can’t offer an exchange on returned items but if you send something back for a full refund, you can then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer. There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill in the Returns Form inside your parcel and pop it back to us.
Black Friday Returns Window
Please note that any orders placed between Friday 17th and Tuesday 28th November 2017 do not qualify for extended Christmas Returns. Normal 30 day return window applies.
If you want a refund, just tick refund. We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method within 48 hours of receipt.

How to return an order to Scottsdale Golf
As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. Please fill in the International Returns Form and include it in the parcel. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us so it's a good idea to get a proof of postage/receipt, so if your parcel goes missing on the way to us, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
With all returns, please return your items in the condition in which you received them. Obviously we want you to try your items on or have a look at them so you are comfortable with them like you would do in a shop - just be careful with any clothing tags and packaging. Items missing tags and packaging will be returned to the customer.
Return Received Email
As soon we receive your parcel, we'll send a Return Received Email. You now know that your refund will be done within 48 hours.
If a purchase is found to be faulty during its use, this can be returned to Scottsdale Golf to begin a claim under warranty. The goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. The customer will be kept up to date throughout this process. When the manufacturer reaches a conclusion concerning the warranty claim, the customer will be notified of the outcome, either (1) item credited for refund/replacement/exchange or (2) warranty claim refused due to fair wear.

Please note that custom fit and personalised orders can only be returned for replacement/repair/refund if they are faulty or misdescribed.
