How does it work?

It couldn't really be any easier. Every order you place will gain loyalty points.

How many points will I earn?

We will give you £2.50 worth of loyalty points for every £100.00 you spend.
There are also frequent bonus periods where the rate doubles or better!
You don't have to wait until you have spent £100.00 for them to be available. Every order you place will gain loyalty points, no matter how big or small.

When will the points go onto my account?

They automatically go onto your account 30 days after the order (when the returns window closes).

Is it for UK customers only?

No. Everyone who places orders can accrue loyalty points.

Will I earn points if I check out as a guest?

Sorry no. You need to register as an account holder to earn points. It's free and really easy to do.  You can also keep track all your order history in an account area.

How can I tell how many points I have earned?

Order Confirmations will show the points accrued on an individual order. If you log in to your account, you can see your totals in one handy place.

Do loyalty points ever expire?

Yes, they expire after 12 months.

Can I use points on my first order?

Sadly not. Points are only accrued once an order is complete so points earned on a first-order wouldn't be redeemable against that order.

How can I redeem my points?

Redeeming points is simple. Just log in to your account and your balance will be in the checkout for you to use against your order if you wish. You don't have to use them on every order, of course, you can keep saving them up!
